Lignospan Standard 2% Anesthetic

Main Ingredients of SEPTODONT Red Lignospan 2% Anesthetic Injection:

1. Lignospan Special (sky blue label) 1/80,000: 1.8ml tube
   • Lidocaine (INN) hydrochloride: 36mg
   • Adrenaline Tartrate expressed in base: 22.5g
   • Isotonic solution ad: 1.8ml
2. Lignospan Forte (red label) 1/50,000: 1.8ml tube
   • Lidocaine (INN) hydrochloride: 36mg
   • Adrenaline: 36mg
   • Isotonic solution ad: 1.8ml

Purpose: SEPTODONT Red Lignospan 2% Anesthetic Injection containing Lignospan and Lignospan Special can be used for regional anesthesia or to assist in anesthesia during procedures. However, the choice depends on the decision of physicians, depending on the strength required for complex tasks. Particularly, SEPTODONT Red Lignospan Standard 2% from France is suitable for routine treatments. This medication is indicated by physicians for anesthesia, supporting anesthesia during surgeries, and minor surgeries. Additionally, it may be prescribed to alleviate pain in certain cases. Note: Only use medication as directed by a specialist physician.

Contraindications: All anesthetic drugs contain stimulants. SEPTODONT Red Lignospan Standard 2% should not be used in the following cases:

• Individuals with symptoms of diabetes.
• Individuals with high blood pressure.
• Patients with heart disease.
• Patients with cardiac conditions, especially those with severe low blood pressure.
• Patients with angina.
• Patients with adverse reactions to Lignocaine.

Dosage of SEPTODONT Red Lignospan 2% Anesthetic Injection:

• Adults: 1 tube per dose. Maximum of 2 tubes.
• For children aged 14-17: Usually 1 tube, not exceeding 2 tubes in any case.
• Children aged 6-14: Approximately 3/4 tube, not to exceed 1/2 tube in any case.
• For children aged 3-6: Use 1/2 tube, not to exceed 1 tube. SEPTODONT Red Lignospan Standard 2% should not be used for children under 3 years old. The injection can be administered locally or at any location on the body during minor surgeries.
